Thank you for the greatest service I have ever received with car repairs. Rueben and his staff are very thorough and honest. They literally tell you what is needed and does not try to take advantage. They helped with my daughter first car which I bought from them a d they even went the extra mile to make sure the door locked, which they worked tirelessly to fix the door to lock. I HIGHLY recommend them. God is going to continue to bless them, their staff for treating people wonderfully. Thanks Rueben

Car wouldn’t start in front of Central market. Firestone was across the street and quoted me 120 to diagnose. Even though I can tow across the street, I decided to go here Broadway Tires a mile away. Great customer service from the start from Ruben and team. Diagnose and replace starter. I called Firestone for a quote for the same job they did and Firestone stated 1400.00 with parts labor n taxes and Broadway did it for hundreds less with the same part brand they would’ve used.

Customer service is amazing. Haven’t finished our service yet but long story short: Was going to bring a tire in to replace but lug nut was too warped for my tools to remove so I drove a short distance to the shop. I parked on the side street to let them know the situation beforehand. They said they would take care of it. As I am about to drive in I notice the tire comes off the rim. I go back inside to share the news and they go out to the street to help… man I feel like I need to give them so much more than just a positive Google review. Everyone was so friendly. There is also a cat that roams around who is really cute and likes to be pet. THANK YALL SO MUCH.

After damaging my car, I sought multiple quotes and opinions on the best way to repair the damage. The first two places I got quotes from were very friendly, however, provided excessively priced quotes and were difficult to work with based on scheduling they offered. I called Broadway Tire and Auto seeking a better opinion and quote with more flexibility in repair timing and he had me come in for a quote an hour after calling as opposed to scheduling me. He was very friendly, approachable, and gave a quote that was way more affordable than either first two places. He scheduled me for the repair in just a short few days to coordinate with the painters, who were also very nice and good at their job. My car as a newer, less straight forward pain but they found the exact paint and painted it well. On the day of my repair, I dropped my car off and they went above in beyond in making my experience getting to and from the shop painless. They are perfectionists and while they had done a very good job, they asked if I could bring it back later in the week as the paint would be completely dry by then and they would work on it even more. I am beyond pleased with the repair, painting, and th
